Cleaning your dog ears

Dog ears are one of the places that are easily attracting bacteria or fungi. To make your dog ears free of those nasty agents, clean them once a week. Make cleaning your dog’s ears a regular habit.

Your dog will thank you for taking care of his dog ear and be a good, healthy dog.

Have your dog sit on the ground. Wet a piece of cotton ball with a solution mixed with half apple cider vinegar and half water. The apple cider vinegar helps keep ticks away with its acidity.

Gently wipe each of your dog’s ears. Do not clean your dog ears too deep to prevent accidental injuries. Give the area that collects the most ear wax a thorough clean.

Praise your dog while cleaning each of his dog ears. Give him a dog

treat once you finish cleaning one of his dog ears.

Sometimes your gentle touch makes your dog feels that cleaning his dog ears is a relaxing activity. He will quietly remain all the time for you to do.

Our busy schedule might make us forget about cleaning our dogs especially the dog ears. When you see your dog use one of his paws to scratch his ears, you know that those dog ears need to be cleaned.

Make cleaning your dog ears a part of good dog care interaction. It’s worth it.
